Rename batches of files with various renaming techniques at the click of a button!

Append to Extensions: allows you to add on to your existing filename extension. Example if you had a file named index.htm you could add an "l" and it would then be index.html

Replace Extension: allows you to replace the filenames extension entirely. If your file was named index.htm and you wanted to change the extension to txt type in "txt" and it would then be index.txt

Append File Prefix: allows you to add what ever you type in the text box to the beginning of your filename. For example if you had the file named index.htm and typed in "the" your output filename would be theindex.htm

Replace File Prefix: allows you to totally replace your file prefix (all before the extension). For example if you had a file named index.htm and typed in "myfile" it would then be renamed to myfile.htm

Append File Suffix: allows you to append what you type in the text box to your files suffix (right before the "." extension). For example if you had a file named index.htm and you type "file" your output would be indexfile.htm

Replace File Suffix: allows you to replace your files suffix with what you type in the text box. For example if you had a file named index.htm and you type "ter" your output would be inter.htm . Please note that what you type replaces ONLY the amount of characters you have typed. If you type 4 characters, only 4 characters will actually be replaced within your file.

Sequential Renaming: this a powerful feature for anyone who wants to replace more than one file with new filenames. Very useful for full directories of image files..etc. You can basically take all the files on your list and name them what you typed in your textbox then append a sequential number to them. For example if you typed in "image.jpg" and you had 3 files on your list, they would all be named image1.jpg, image2.jpg and image3.jpg. You can also specify what sequential number you would like the count to start at by entering it in the appropriate box.

Shorten Filename: allows you to shorten any filename by the amount specified. If you had a file named image.jpg and you wanted to shorten it by 3 the result would be "ima.jpg"

Change Filename Case: allows you to change your filename completely to uppercase or lowercase characters. If you had a file named image.jpg and specified uppercase, the output file would now be named IMAGE.JPG
